With a multi-million-dollar renovation underway, Gympie RSL was looking to elevate their marketing offering. The club wanted to reconnect and re-engage existing members, as well as attract a new, younger target audience.
Gympie RSL engaged Hospitality Mavens to elevate and align their marketing to suit their new-look club.

Hospitality Mavens facilitated the following:
During this time, the Mavens team supported the Club in navigating the COVID-19 closure and facilitated signage and communications to assist the staff in clear messaging to their members and guests.
Mavens was also engaged to assist the club in group strategy and mentoring workshops that focused on active marketing via content delivery and campaigns.
Once the club renovations were complete, Hospitality Mavens created a brand awareness campaign through radio, newspaper, and social media as well as targeted SMS and email member communications.
